Daily: Juggler - Bob Rissetto

This was more about process than anything.  I designed a few symmetrical characters and basically drew half of the image with shapes in Flash, while a cloned and flipped version drew the other half.  Basically just setting up a mirror.  This was inspired by how I see a lot of 3D people model half a character while a mirrored half fills in the rest.  Sort of an exercise for the technical side I suppose.

PS - I hate clowns.

One of the best piece among your recent work! Really wanna see it on T-shirts!

I see the textures are not symmetrical. Did something look off with them being so?

It naturally reminds me of the magical maestro cartoon with the little guys on the sides.

As if clowns aren't creepy enough on their own, put some demon-spawn next to them to complete the nightmare. Their smiles don't fool me as to their intensions.

The textures were a last minute thing added in Photoshop. If I had a time machine, I'd probably jus' leave it clean vector shapes.

eh, I dunno - the texture could stay maybe. So indecisive...
