Monthly: Bionic Jack the Ripper - Sean Skube

I started on an entry for this last month, but then we got slammed at work, and it hasn't let up. But I'm posting this work-in-progress to keep myself motivated to finish it once I'm able to, because I really want to get back to it.

[UPDATE] Got a little time to do some more on this. Slow and steady.

[UPDATE] Finished it!

Weekly: He-Man Redesign - Sean Skube

Finally finished it. I was thinking of doing He-man, but Bob's entry made me think of other characters, and my favorite was always Mer-man. Don't know why. Maybe it was his corn-on-the-cob sword? who knows.
I gave him a fish tail, because seriously, he's supposed to be in the water. Don't recall if I ever saw him actually swimming in the cartoon though. Whatever. Maybe when he goes on land his tail turns to legs, like in "Splash".

Weekly: He-Man Redesign - Dave Pryor

Not so much of a redesign. Just a He-Man drawing for fun.

Weekly: He-Man Redesign

I can't let a He-Man topic slip by unnoticed! Trapjaw was my favorite character from He-Man hands down. Probably the first cyborg my kindergarden brain ever laid eyes on. A half man, half robot? With an interchangeable arm, an indestructible jaw, and blue skin??? Impossibly cool when you're 6...or 30. February 2010 marks Trapjaw's re-re-release from Mattel. Mark your calendars!

Lizard King

This is my first post! I am excited to be a part of Thought Faucet and there are so many good artists here. I am pretty new to digital painting, but I hope you enjoy my humble contribution.

460th post!

Can you believe Thought Faucet has been around for a whole year? That's right - August 1st will mark our one year anniversary! I'm not big on birthdays, but I gotta extend a big THANK YOU to everyone that's posted and commented over this past year! With scheduled topics doled out by cold, unbending servers, this is a testament to the self-motivated artists that have tuned it, challenged themselves if only for a moment, and drew something to share. Thanks again!

I've just reloaded the topics for another year so keep those faucets leaky!

For fun and laughs, here's the sketch I started with.
